Hi, I'm Kate Long, LMT, the owner and sole therapist at Archer's. I've been a massage therapist in the Treasure Valley for over 10 years. I'm happy to be back doing what I love in a new location in beautiful BoDo.

I bring a thoughtful, intuitive approach to bodywork that blends clinical knowledge with genuine care. My training began at the College of Massage Therapy at Bingham Memorial Hospital, and I’ve continued to deepen my education through ongoing study in therapeutic techniques and holistic wellness, including hands-on training in precision neuromuscular therapy from Douglas Nelson and cranio-sacral therapy with LaRee Westover.

I believe massage should feel collaborative, and tailored to each individual. Every body tells a different story, and I’m honored to be part of the healing process. My work is focused on helping clients reduce pain, restore mobility, manage stress, and reconnect with their bodies.
